What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how it implements well with Microsoft Outlook, it offers new way to stay in contact with my clients. I can use product tracking and keep records so I can create monthly reports. I’m amazed of its tech support service they constantly work on the product’s improvement and they are open to new ideas and suggestions. You can find lot of videos and demos about the product, you can try some tipes and trick on how to use it better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, the reporting is not simple to understand. It takes some practice create good looking reports and to implement some things.
