What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the functionality with our existing software and controls. This tool uses Microsoft Outlook framework and it makes the software simple extension of our normal workflow and it doesn’t require trainings for new users because the app is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Also, the customer support team is the best, they provide wonderful attention to their clients and they are always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is small learning curve to how the Outlook interacts and sync with Prophet, but this is not issue or dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This Prophet software is great for tracking all corporate opportunities in one place and all users can have access in real time. All stakeholders can save notes, correspondence, documents and communication into single location while sync with Outlook contacts and tasks.
