What are the best aspects of this product?
We like that Avidxchange helped us become more space- and time-efficient. It allows our teams to become more accurate with budget reports on their expenses. Their customer support team is always on hand to help us with any issues and helps us quickly resolve them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I love Avidxchange, I don't have anything to dislike about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Problems solved include efficiency and becoming paperless -- meaning we don't have to go through rows and rows of file cabinets to search for invoices, nothing gets lost, and documents get properly tracked, 'e-signed' and approved promptly. Everything goes directly to the cloud. We feel Avidxchange cares for its clients because it helps make sure we are updated with training sessions on all things AP, it makes it easy for us and we have time planning.
