What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that all our AP processes are now automated, where we can establish the standard and conditional accountability protocols. We are also able to easily set it up with our accounting system without any fuss. All our processes, from approvals to coding, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation are now a breeze.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there's more room for customizing available features, where we can add fields when needed, and take out those that we don't. It would also be great to receive notifications, especially for time-sensitive issues such as delayed payments and cheque conversions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're now a completely paperless operation! Everything's automated too, and there are accountability measures in place to ensure approvals and audits happen promptly. It's also amazing to be able to access our accounts payable data in one platform, which we can also get to remotely, or using our mobile phones. This also helps other departments and third-party suppliers who have questions about their invoice or payment, and that allows for time- and cost efficiency across teams. Our partnership with AvidXchange enabled us to make sure our turnaround time for AP processes are even more efficient and cost-efficient because of all rebates we get rewarded with for speedier transactions.
