What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that AvidXchange is efficient because it recognizes and saves recurring invoices, the approval process is a lot quicker because of the daily email reminders for pending invoices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. The minimal error codes we encountered in the past were quickly resolved by their support team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were also able to resolve the issue of being able to find previously approved invoices to use as future reference.
