What are the best aspects of this product?
With AvidXchnge, we're now able to realign our AP processes and make our documents accessible on the cloud. We have a lean staff, so being able to integrate our third-party apps has allowed them to be more efficient with their time. We have an increased processing time of 30% and reduced non-automated checks by 90%. We can work on invoices in real time and wherever we are.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be even more amazing if the UI and design of the admin section of the service will be updated for a modern feel too, but it's not an urgent request. I like the service overall.
