What are the best aspects of this product?

We like that this product's operations set up is flexible according to what our company needs. It offers plenty of useful features and provides much-needed solutions for our processes, from procurement to payment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's good to offer multiple features. It would be even better to know how to use all of them so we can make the most of the product. It's great for managing easy situations, but trickier to manage in more complicated scenarios because of what seems like an infinity of choices available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to solve issues across AP departments, from payables to approval routing and acquisitions when we try to secure utility billing invoices.
