What are the best aspects of this product?

I find it easy to find my way around the software, and for any doubt or concern that comes up, the customer service team is on hand to help out. They're patient and would always go the extra mile to help me resolve my issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful for AvidXchange to work with other browsers like Safari too, and for credits to appear as they should.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to avoid having invoices that are duplicates.
