PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that AvidXchange was the instigator that helped my team move all our applications and data to the cloud. It made perfect sense since AvidXchange already -- and quite easily -- got our payables on there, with clearly defined and streamlined processes. This means we can work wherever we are, with security measures firmly in place. I'm so pleased about moving to AvidXchange more than five years ago. The transition was seamless, thanks to a great transition support team who guided us every step of the way to make sure everything is clear and well understood by my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the program to be easier to understand by those who will be using it for the first time, with a smaller learning curve. Still, no complaints about my own company's experience with AvidXchange when we started using it a few years ago.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having all AP data and systems in one platform for documents, questions, and further information.
