What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that our invoices are now promptly inputted into the system and approved with zero delays. Reporting and tracking are also more convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On our wishlist: being able to provide reports on AvidUtilities a lot easier and quicker.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to process invoices more promptly, and therefore don't have to incur late fees.
