What are the best aspects of this product?

AvidXchange is so user-friendly that you don't need to undergo rigorous training to learn how to use it. The help page is more useful now because it's also been updated with new content.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to have a property filter for the automated reports. Also, the features of the mobile version could be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to monitor the progress of each invoice from filing to approval. And because everything's on the cloud, it's easier to find files instead of looking for them in filing cabinets.
