What are the best aspects of this product?

Thumbs-up to Amazon for including commonly used Git tools in the platform and for integrating with AWS and third-party solutions. On top of that, it makes sure that migration from anywhere is a smooth process. The application is a fully managed service by Amazon too so there is no need for in-depth administration. Lastly, since it is Amazon, everything is secure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no aspect of AWS CodeCommit that I do not like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

UAC is usually one of the first things I work with on AWS CodeCommit as it secures the code, leaving me to do other tasks. It is a great plus for my business too that it can scale easily.
