What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that AWS CodeCommit helps keep track of application versions. I also enjoy the automatic backup capability of the solution so I can always backtrack on my work. Everything is private but there are configurations that ease the collaboration between colleagues. There are no storage problems either because the software can scale with ease. And if there is a need for it, the solution streamlines integrations as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing about CodeCommit that I do not like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being a software designer, I am responsible for overseeing the team's projects in the cloud. I use AWS CodeCommit to that effect and to assure my team mates that their work is secure. It also helps that the platform has version-controlled hosting so it is easy for us to go back to previous versions.
