What are the best aspects of this product?

Axon doesn’t have a steep learning curve and can be adopted easily by my staff. I like that I can easily present and implement the software with the entire team in the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It seems that the software doesn’t come with so many features that my company needs. Also, finishing tasks takes time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through this amazing solution, calls of my customers can now be handled by my team efficiently. Calls can be extended or transferred in different lines, and we can even put background music while the call is on hold.
