What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how we're able to e-mail tickets into the system. I like having the ability to include custom field with rules that pushes individuals to make use of forms in a certain way. I love how we're able to make project folders to keep track on what we're currently on. Their new PM feature is nice. I like just about everything it has!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't favor its lost dashboard feature when coverting from the web. Reporting isn't as robust as before. Having simpler dashboards is good, but back then, we had plenty of widget types for use. I don't like their releases/projects. My users end up making mistakes in placing things at the wrong places. It pushed me to go back and move a lot of things.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It resolved a number of things. These include platform enhancements, emloyee time tracking, R&D tracking, defect tracking, and help desk.
