We're currently following Agile and there are a lot of ways in integrating the product with other services in automating agile.

CONS: Even if the product came with a wide range of feature, you can customize it in meeting your requirements. Customer support is noticeable slow. I'd end up waiting for several days before finally getting the answers I need.

PROS: I love how we're able to e-mail tickets into the system. I like having the ability to include custom field with rules that pushes individuals to make use of forms in a certain way. I love how we're able to make project folders to keep track on what we're currently on. Their new PM feature is nice. I like just about everything it has!

CONS: I don't favor its lost dashboard feature when coverting from the web. Reporting isn't as robust as before. Having simpler dashboards is good, but back then, we had plenty of widget types for use. I don't like their releases/projects. My users end up making mistakes in placing things at the wrong places. It pushed me to go back and move a lot of things.
