What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really love is how easy this product is. Another thing I like about it is its flexibility. It can be easily configured. What's more, the configuration can be done in a number of ways. We're currently following Agile and there are a lot of ways in integrating the product with other services in automating agile.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even if the product came with a wide range of feature, you can customize it in meeting your requirements. Customer support is noticeable slow. I'd end up waiting for several days before finally getting the answers I need.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This product did a splendid job in organizing the work schedule for my team. Since we're following Agile, we've made us of this product for tracking progress and planning releases. This tool enabled us to measure the gap in our estimation and actual efforts. It lets us seek out reasons for it. In turn, it helped us do checks to make sure quality delivery is met without too much effort.
