A relevant and easy to use application for our team

What are the best aspects of this product?

A complete, easy to use work tracking application. Everybody in my team (30 people) was able to use Azendoo within the first few days. The customer success team were really responsive and the team loves working with them. Basically it is really easy to use and we are spending way less time in our emails and chat application (and that was that we were looking for !!)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the androïd mobile app is a little bit slow in loading

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would love to see kanban or board view. It would also be great to have video conferencing

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The communication is more fluent in the team and everybody knows exactly what to do in our various projects. We spend less time asking for useless information and we are more focused on our work. As a manager, my favourite tool is the time tracking. I can supervise easily the team and make choices
