In its role of an adept corporate assistant, Azendoo simplifies documents sharing, projects planning, and teamwork synchronization. Your office can create and organize your project tasks (according to priority) and delegate some of these tasks to your teammates so you can achieve your goals quickly as a team.

Azendoo gives you the possibility to share files from your computer or many cloud storage app, like Google Drive, from Office 365 Onedrive, Box, Dropbox or Evernote. Once linked to your Azendoo account, You can also discuss work in real time, either on message or in tasks.

Team Projects

  • In Azendoo your work is organised around subjects. A subject can be anything a project, a group discussion, a client portfolio etc. Azendoo Subjects are sub-groups of your Workspace. Each subject contains an activity feed, a task list, a calendar, a dashboard and a document database.
  • All information can be shared across multiple subjects. Tagging your tasks and conversations allows teams to share information with multiple subjects in one click. Subjects can be used as project templates and can be easily duplicated.

1. Staying up to date on your team’s activity in real time

Azendoo is a work tracking solution, enabling teams to take full control of their daily workload. The unique task management system encourages teams to move from simple conversations (chat) to actions (tasks).

Having a discussion about a project? Let’s regroup each element associated with this conversation (chat, action items and documents) in Azendoo. Once a task has been created and assigned to a team member, the work can really start. 2. Never miss another notification

John’s team works with emails, google sheets and skype. He received a mail from his manager about a new project with a client, so he divides the project into tasks and creates a google sheet to follow up on those tasks. Then he sends another email to let the team know  about this google sheet. They have a daily internal team meeting on Skype – everybody explains who is working on what. This meeting eats up a great deal of time. He then does a weekly catch up meeting with the client by Skype & then email. Where is John’s information? It’s all over the place, in his mailbox, in a spreadsheet on Skype and probably a notebook somewhere close to his computer. What a mess! One thing is certain, all the info. will never be shared with the team and everybody, including the client will lose time.

3. Getting rid of that old excel file

PROS: A complete, easy to use work tracking application. Everybody in my team (30 people) was able to use Azendoo within the first few days. The customer success team were really responsive and the team loves working with them. Basically it is really easy to use and we are spending way less time in our emails and chat application (and that was that we were looking for !!)

CONS: Sometimes the androïd mobile app is a little bit slow in loading
