What are the best aspects of this product?
If it worked and you never had to talk to anyone, it would be great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Poor customer service. Had lots of issues, email and email, would wait weeks for a response. Asked to have someone come out to help us get through the issues, waited 3+ weeks for someone to come from Vegas to Arizona. Issues never changed, still am waiting for a response to questions I have.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Someone who can answer your question, or when they say they will call you back, they know how to do that. Not being transferred from person to person to get problems answered.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It added more problems. No driver wants to do Elogs, but our drivers were threatening to quit because they would have to manually enter the info that should be automatic.
