This application is a very strong platform that empowers everybody in an organization. It's cost-effective and aids the work of the team.
It's also straightforward but comprehensive and it has everything you need to systematize your job.

I can't think of any downside right now. It's been very helpful and you can choose to have a free trial first before you actually purchase it.

It allows me to overcome management issues, collect records, in decision-making, in everything hanging and all else as one core station. And when you need to locate stuff, you can easily find it.
