PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tickets, status and team assignments are effortless to manage. Can monitor all tickets' progress even on emails conveniently.

Team members could also work together in project planning and access their assigned tasks.

The chart is also a nice choice to feature. It helps us to have a quick overview of the status, achievements or category for all the tickets in a single screen showing the number of open and closed tasks.

Backlog's most significant functionality is the Notification that allows us to see and receive email notification on every update and development done on the project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can only add files on "Edit" mode. There is also a limit on the file size that I think needs to be better.

A drop-down feature should also be added to attach any relevant document without editing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Can add and delegate tasks with comprehensive information. Also, the target dates and level of importance of the tickets are managed easily.
