Backlog has awesome functions such as Project Management that tracks the progress of any project.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it has great features such as Task Management, File and Knowledge Sharing, and Role-Based Access. I also like its accessibility, the security and that it has quick and organized issue-reporting. More importantly, it is cost-effective. Several of our projects are handled with Backlog. We are now more productive and can concentrate more on the progress of the work with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I just don't like about it is that the task tab remains open even after all subtasks were completed. I think that it should be automated so that I don't always have to close it every time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been beneficial to us to have updates and avoid members of the team confused and have mixed-up communication. It has also helped us prioritize and complete the tasks and projects on time with centralized repositories for important files.
