Best application to monitor items in progress

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it is very convenient to set-up tasks and requests and then delegate them to the proper individuals. Everybody is updated and I get email notification right away as soon as the tasks are complete

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see some more ways to monitor issues so that we could track things that aren't up for it yet maybe like ideas or concepts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Backlog has enabled us to get the job done at any place as our team composed of people all around the nation minus the submission of spreadsheets anywhere.
