Excellent tool for working together

What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interface is very user-friendly and the issues are tracked efficiently. It has strong management of files. Email alerts are also useful and simple. The customization of icon is a very cool addition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not as convenient to work with the mobile app as the web version. The web version is very much developed. Also, it is difficult to switch between various tasks at times. You can not chat in real-time. Would like to see more mark-down formatting solutions

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My work is providing solutions to the design and development of application and we are a team working in different time zones. Backlog is perfect when doing projects for foreign clients. Along with real-time collaboration tools, we use Backlog for high-profile project management.
