What are the best aspects of this product?

Besides that it has a complete working management tool for not-so-big projects and the capability that you can still have for several independent projects, I truly admire that it is complimentary for those small-scale organizations. That is really its edge over other apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really have much to complain about it especially with how cheap it is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has greatly made task management much easier for our modest company. We have divided the issues accurately and now, we can identify IT concerns in hardware from our Development work.
