What are the best aspects of this product?
We really love the API and issue creation through email. Our support requests are integrated into our internal web applications to enable issues be created in it directly. It makes it more convenient for our end users to log the problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For future updates, we don't like to have to add users to the notification list every time there's an issue or a change. We would like to see that upon adding the users to the notification list, they must be automatically added to it until the issue is resolved or manually deleted from the list.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We mainly use Backlog for tracking issues and bugs. With the easy and fast integration with our apps, the tracking method becomes very efficient.
