Perfect software for issue monitoring and administration

What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, this program is really useful in handling people's tasks. It also informs us which part has issues, actual time and approximate time the error happened, and who should be delegated to this task. The tasks' status can also be changed and sort out according to the column's header. I really love the user interface, it's compact that I can see all that I needed to see on one screen. Also, we can save any error file to the repository and that is handy for developers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can not think of anything I don't like about it. However, it would be best if you could do something about it so it won't crash too often. Sometimes when I need to do important things, it crashes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program is used to control the bugs identified during the entire project.
