What are the best aspects of this product?

Maintaining all the tickets is really simple, we could see all the details in one place so it spares everyone's time. Can also add and delegate tasks with detailed information and deadlines to specific users. Any team member can also work together on the project planning. It allows the admin to change most stuff accordingly too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It should support more drop-down status rather than tab as needed

We can handle the entire project's tickets. We can also refer all ticket details and allocate them to the designated team member. The most advantage is that we can manage the time on every ticket very easily. We can add tickets to every issue of a project and allocate it to the respective team members.
