Maintaining all the tickets is really simple, we could see all the details in one place so it spares everyone's time. Can also add and delegate tasks with detailed information and deadlines to specific users. Any team member can also work together on the project planning. It allows the admin to change most stuff accordingly too.

It should support more drop-down status rather than tab as needed

The most advantage is that we can manage the time on every ticket very easily. We can add tickets to every issue of a project and allocate it to the respective team members.
