What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love the amazing features and it is easy to set up contacts and follow ups. The app is much easier to use compared to other software I used before. I appreciate that the mobile version is offered free. Plus, Base CRM works smoothly with my email.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a drawback that the computer-based version offers more features. But I don’t have any complaints about this app as it seems to be better than other CRM systems I’ve used. Base CRM is useful as it offers what I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I need systems and organization and Base CRM offers what I need. It gives me a single system to manage contacts and stay updated on my lead stages. I use the product’s automation functionality to organize my marketing and make it more effective.
