What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Base is very intuitive. The solution offers 90% of the features out of the box and you don’t have to worry about added set up. The intuitive screen design is fantastic and presents all the required info on the screen. I can control the platform with a single finger and work on it as I sip coffee.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have any gripes. I appreciate that Base takes full contact details from LinkedIn (you need to install their browser widget for this). This saves a lot of time for me and I can stay updated with my vendors, clients, and prospects via social media. I wish the CRM could also collect contact info from emails which would save me more time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Base CRM to know what are my important tasks, do win/loss analysis, track deals, build mailing lists (by integrating with MailChimp to transfer new contacts), and track contacts. I was using Salesforce before and Base is much better as it saves me 4-5 hours each week because it is so intuitive to use.
