What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love Base CRM’s mobile features which are the best I have seen in all the CRMs I have used. The Google Apps integration is quite useful. Base is very easy to use. I appreciate that the vendor makes the effort to continuously implement useful new updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vendor could improve the document storage and reporting features as they are good but could be made great. Plus, they should add project management features to make the CRM more compete.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main benefit Base brings to the table is it helps me keep my work well organized. I am on top of all developments and updates in my business and I don’t have to do guess work about anything.
