What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Base CRM offers a Windows phone app. We are using Windows phone and MS Office 365 and I appreciate that the vendor supports the Windows phone application. This shows that they understand market trends and needs. We have smoothly integrated Base with the other business apps we use which has made it easy to track everything. I also like the communication features and email integration. Finally, it is fantastic that the vendor takes to care to continually evolve and improve the solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints at all. The product offers many useful features and it performs all the tasks as advertised.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Base CRM to track sales leads till deal closure and to manage tasks and communication. The app makes it easy to generate reports for our stakeholders.
