What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Base CRM offers me great mobility. I can have the info I need on my desk and in my hand any time. I need to pay just $15/month and it is even cheaper to opt for the two-year package. This is a big saving for me as I was paying more than $40/month for another CRM app and it didn’t even offer an integrated calendar.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see a couple of software features included. One is the app lacks a default setting for reminders. I would like to have a 15-minute reminder for all new events as I have a Google calendar link that sends me one day and one hour reminders. The second is I would like to use a simple to-do list of general work to be completed that isn’t linked to a person or business.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Base CRM offers many benefits: I can have calendar of events, emails, names, and contacts available in one place. I can look up a store or contact and find info about them easily. I can easily add to-do items, events, and people on the fly. To sum up, the product is superb and I greatly appreciate the excellent customer support.
