What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the plus points of Base CRM are it offers fantastic features and an amazing mobile experience at an affordable cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no issues with the CRM software. But I would like to see iOS map integration in the "Location" part of the calendar. I can simply tap on the address to open the Maps app which would help me to find my destination easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Base CRM helps me to organize my data properly. It has helped me to go digital and get rid of paper. I use my iPhone and apps to maintain all my contacts. I don’t have to remember any details as everything is backed up on a calendar that I take anywhere. I can say goodbye to paper schedules and go digital to work fast and allot more time for important tasks.
