Dependable accounting tool that’s perfect for my job

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a unique accounting tool that fits my needs. It has simple and easy to use interface with many helpful features. Say, the Basware monitor helps in easily finding important details that I need, such as previous bookings among others. I’ve been using it for a long time and no plans for using other accounting apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app often lags or freezes when transferring 20 invoices or more. It’s difficult to say if it will go back to normal by itself, or if I have to do some tweaks to make it work again. This is quite inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a big help in many of my tasks. It helps me prepare invoices, as well as check details in them. It also allows me easily to transfer invoices, or terminate documents without hassles.
