PROS: It’s highly convenient since it has a sleek and simple UI, and it doesn’t demand a lot of training for use. It also allows tracking of authorization and sending of approvals within our company, as well as it makes clarification processes from one team to another easier. Reporting of vendors and payments in one interface is great, and it has a dependable notification system that helps us manage and track billings on time. This makes all accounting tasks in my department easier, and we have no worries about working with other teams too.
CONS: I can’t point any problem with this tool. It works great for my team.

PROS: This is an easy to use yet innovative platform which is perfect for our company. The provider has fulfilled our expectations, and have met our needs and demands professionally.
CONS: The platform is too complicated to use, especially on its highly technical aspects. This is despite the intensive manuals the provider has given us as guides for use. They haven’t answered some of our questions during the integration process too.

PROS: This is a unique accounting tool that fits my needs. It has simple and easy to use interface with many helpful features. Say, the Basware monitor helps in easily finding important details that I need, such as previous bookings among others. I’ve been using it for a long time and no plans for using other accounting apps.
CONS: The app often lags or freezes when transferring 20 invoices or more. It’s difficult to say if it will go back to normal by itself, or if I have to do some tweaks to make it work again. This is quite inconvenient.

PROS: Affordable and easy to incorporate in an existing system, plus a professional implementation leader makes the process more convenient too. It allows the use of GL logic among other logic as default. However, implementation would be easier if you already have a good grasp on establishing the P2P setup.
CONS: The AP screen needs some improvements. Also, it relies much on configurations or modifications. So, when you implement inefficient configuration, for example, it will run inefficiently as well.
