What are the best aspects of this product?
BigCommerce is backed by a proper IT company, not just a wanna be experts who promise technical support, but deliver nothing. I have 18 years of experience in the branch, so I know quite well what I'm talking about. They are there for you 24/7, obviously speaking English, and most of all they are technically knowledgeable. In case the agent comes across an issue he can't solve, you're automatically directed to fill a trouble ticket, and to let an expert team examine the data and solve the issue.By experts, I mean tier II/III level ones that send accurate responses on your email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Help is great, but it is purely technical. I'm not sure whether they can support someone with tracking pixels, management or Google Analytics issues. I kind of get it, because they're a hosting company and have no obligation to tell you how to run your business, but being as great as they are, they can provide even this service. I hope they will consider this in future!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Managing real-time inventory and integrating it with StitchLabs. With our BigCommerce Store on the web, we're selling and earning more, and we were rated quite well by Google Trusted Store. We have more than 4000 ratings, and got 40 000 new leads since we integrated it with Yotpo, JustUno and Mailchimp. As for shipping, we benefited from the integration with ShipStation, a really smart choice if you want to automate eBay and Amazon feeds.
