What are the best aspects of this product?
We have 4 years of experience using BigCommerce, and we never had a single problem with it, not even a small one. BigCommerce helped us understand that we don't have to be passionate techies in order to create customer-friendly pages, and that was critical for the confidence in our business. The best part of it was having an intuitive dashboard with directions, and a support crew ready to answer at any point of time. They know absolutely everything, and they respond in only few minutes! Overall, e-commerce is made easy, in particular offering new products, adding extensive descriptions, or reworking old content. You won't even be challenged by the promotional banners, where you can do promotions to improve your sales. I guess that's your main question: Does it improve sales? It does!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Absolutely nothing, maybe just a visual thing I mind: product reviews are placed very low (on the bottom of the page), and I think they should be more obvious. That's everything.
