What are the best aspects of this product?
Hats down for their customer service, that's something surreal! That was a number one priority for me to choose BigCommerce, and it will stay so when somebody asks me why I'm not changing it. I won't do it, because I really rely on technical support, and I have nothing but words of honour to say about the friendliness, helpfulness, and fun side of communicating with them. It really makes me love my job even more, I'm glad there is something like this on the market.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I miss that phone app that used to show me orders and sales numbers on the cell, I wonder why they removed it. I guess they're preparing something even better, so let's see.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The initial idea was to manage online inventory, but the platform went beyond every expectation. I was sold on their Square integration, thanks to which I manage sales inventory, brick and mortar all at once! Reporting is so awesome that I don't have to stress abut delivering duplicate results at the end of the day.
