What are the best aspects of this product?
These are my favorite features: Complete integration with Google Shopping and PayPal, Printable orders, and Automated and easy access to orders and purchases. In the meantime, I'm an absolute fan of their 24/7 support, the people really know what they are doing. I have 2 BigCommerce stores running at the moment, both selling an performing amazingly, and I am really glad I replaced my previous provider with this one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do retail, and I was often challenged when setting up different variations, or letting a user customize his shipping depending on the order he is making. Won't be an issue for you, I think, because customer support is always there to take care of it. Besides, they're located in the US, so there is not even a time difference to think about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As I said, I have 2 shops, and my biggest problem was the difference between them. To start with, I'm operating with completely different products, and one store's inventory is completely controlled by me, while the other comes with a drop shipper. I needed a seamless cart, an experienced team to understand what I need, and data access from mobile devices. BigCommerce was amazing in all cases, and took a large part of our burden off shoulders.
