What are the best aspects of this product?

I've never seen better customer support, that's the thing. There is always a positive adviser on the other side of the line to help me maintain the website, or make it even better than it is. They know absolutely everything, and they seem to understand my problems even when I don't know how to explain them properly. I can't thank them enough for not leaving me rebuild the site on my own at the first place, that would be a disaster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Don't get configuration for granted, there are templates you can't customize to your wish. On some of them, you can't even change the font and the colors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I started my website 11 years ago, and platforms were much different back then. It desperately needed a fresh touch, especially due the configuration, coding, and navigation difficulties I was experiencing on the platform. I chose BigCommerce because it was popular and modern, and it really delivered incredible results. What I have now looks nothing like my old website, and the most important benefit is how easy back end usage has become. I can't thank them enough!
