An informative tool that you can actually navigate

What are the best aspects of this product?

The information is just there, at everyone's disposal, and everyone can check it or update it. We follow all the schedules, and we get calendar reminders for all activies. The software keeps me on track, and that's something I really appreciate. Good job!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pulling reports off annoyes me, but not always. Probably there is something more in the report section that I need to understand before I become a 100% reliable user. Nothing to blame on the company though, they are just perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We make client information quite obvious, so that we wouldn't fail to serve a client under any circumstances. It obviously increased our reputation.
