The fields, layouts, views, and workflows are customizable. BIGContacts also enables us to define user roles and permissions for our team members. We can generate custom reports to track important business performance metrics and use advanced filters to sort through business data with ease.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Emails with images sent through BIGContacts are slow to load.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Direct integration with Slack would be a great add-on for our business.
