What are the best aspects of this product?
Automated email follow-ups save a lot of time. We use the contact database to personalize all interactions with our clients and delight them. It is easy to track the engagement levels for these emails using detailed reports. We also use the tool to set up templates to eliminate the effort of rewriting emails.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Speed lags occur here and there. We relayed this to the support team, and some improvements have been made recently.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be great to have more native integrations in the future.
