Features like email marketing, social media tracking, reminders, sales pipeline, etc., make BIGContacts a great CRM tool. We found the advanced search and reporting feature to be quite valuable. The web-based access helps everyone in our team stay updated with the latest happenings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Pulling some of the reports gets challenging at times. The mobile app also has scope for improvement in certain aspects.

We have used Nimble and Apptivo before switching to BIGContacts.
