Segmented lists have been a live saver for us. We can easily create static and dynamic contact lists to keep our interactions well-targeted. The tool lets us set up automated reminders to meet deadlines faultlessly.

BIGContacts meets expectations in all regards. We do not have any complaints about the tool so far.

Advanced deduplication for contact records would be a great add-on.
