What are the best aspects of this product?
This is the fifth happy year of working with BigContacts, and it brought nothing but success in our company. We did an amazing job with transitions and realignment of territories, since information was packed and served for everyone that took over a position.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I struggled to learn reporting, but everything good comes with a price. I've understood how good it is, and for five years already I have nothing to complain. 16 people in our team are working with BigContacts, and none of them can say a bad word about it. Everyone is impressed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We somehow enhanced activities with customers, and representatives proved to be accountable and hardworking people. Every time we see that a customer store is not working, we identify the problem and the cause, and we work to solve them. Everything is so clear for us.
