What are the best aspects of this product?
BIGContacts has been a game changer for our business. It is now much easier to track deadlines and manage to-do lists. We use this CRM application to automate repetitive tasks and monitor business performance. It also lets us store relevant information related to clients using notes and custom data fields within contact records.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Connecting the webform was a challenge initially. However, we received instant assistance from the support team, which made it possible to connect the forms with the CRM tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Improved performance of the mobile version would be highly useful.
