What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is easy and simple to use, and it helps us organize our products. I keep track on each phase of my work, and I always know whom I should follow or contact. 10 out of 10, that's my grade for this program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I disliked the fact that there is a new window opened for everything I click on, even by mistake. However, the support team dealt with it, and there is nothing to worry about anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We pulled the firm together, finding clients are persuading them to choose our product. We schedule our meetings with clarity, and we always know what we are supposed to do.
